Journal - From Me on iPhone is for the thoughts that arrive away from the larger page. Type a private journal entry, capture a quick note, answer a guided prompt, or reflect on yesterday’s stories from the phone already in your hand.
Capture the thought while it is close
Not every entry begins at a desk. An observation may arrive in a parking lot, between appointments, during a walk, or just before sleep. The iPhone experience keeps the page direct so you can write before the thought changes shape.
Type or begin with voice transcription
Type when you want control over every sentence. When speaking is easier, use voice transcription to create the first draft of the thought, then edit or continue it on the page.
Microphone access is optional and requested for transcription rather than required for the rest of the journal.
Five daily guided prompts
Open the Guided Journal when you want to write but do not know where to begin. Choose one of five daily prompts, answer more than one, or use the question only as a way into a different subject.
Seven reflections on yesterday’s stories
Yesterday Through You offers seven current-events prompts. Each response becomes its own page, making room for mixed feelings, uncertainty, and personal meaning without turning the reflection into a public post.
A simple iPhone notepad
Keep lists, ideas, plans, quotes, observations, and working notes beside your journal. Pages do not have to be daily entries, and not every thought needs a category before you can save it.
Private writing without a public layer
No social profile is attached to your pages. No separate Journal - From Me account is required to begin. Your writing stays on your devices and, when enabled, your private iCloud storage.
